■How to eat
Put 10oz (300g) of rice, this seasoning, and water in a rice cooker and cook in normal mode.
Takikomi gohan, which is delicious even when cold, is perfect for resorts.
(Mushrooms absorb water, so cook with a little more water than usual.)

究極のきのこ炊き込みご飯!
鹿児島で育った杉の間伐材と地元で採れた米糠をブレンドした培地で育てた味も香りも濃いえのきと鹿児島県で育ったクヌギの木を利用し育てた原木椎茸。
自然の循環の中で作り出された「おいしい」きのこを収穫したその日にゆっくり低温で乾燥しました。その乾燥きのこと奥出雲で作られたこだわりの醤油をセットにした風味豊かな炊込みご飯の素です。
◇召し上がり方◇
1.本品1つに対してお米2合を用意。
2.お米2号に、お水380㏄、本品1袋と付属の醤油だしを入れます。※お好みで塩を1/2加えてください。
3.炊く前に、全体をよくかき混ぜてください。☚ポイント!!
※お米を事前に30分ほど水につけておくとよりおいしく炊けます。
