Thank you for visiting and shopping at the rice factory NEW ZEALAND. Following are our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery dates cannot be specified by customers. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by loss, traffic conditions, or weather conditions. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the delivery region and the purchase amount. Please check the delivery fee displayed at checkout before completing your order.

*We can’t ship to P.O. Boxes, hotels, or APO/FOP addresses.

*Delivery to some of islands, we’re sorry to say that are unable to arrange for delivery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

GST

GST (Goods and Services Tax) will apply according to the items you ordered and shipping fee. All prices are Tax included.

Out-of-stock

If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you via email. We must receive a confirmation reply before dispatching the remaining items. If we do not receive a response within one week, the entire order will be cancelled.

Missing/Damaged Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if any packages are lost or damaged.If your address was entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will resend it once we receive your correct address. Please note that shipping fees will be charged again in such cases.
