In order to make a truly delicious Ponzu soy sauce, very specific and carefully picked ingredients were used.
Domestic soy sauce from Saitama, organic yuzu juice from Kochi, hon mirin from Aichi, raw sugar from Tanegashima, miso from Yamagata, sun dried salt from Mexico, thickly shaved bonito from Shizuoka, Hidaka Mitsuishi kelp, dried shiitake mushrooms from Oita, and Totsuka Brewery's heartfelt vinegar.
This ponzu soy sauce is made with "heart" and with the best intentions to bring smiles to people's faces!

埼玉の国産丸大豆醤油、高知の有機栽培ゆず果汁、愛知の本みりん、種子島の粗糖、山梨の甲州味噌、メキシコ産天日塩、静岡の鰹厚削り、日高みついし昆布、大分の干し椎茸、そして戸塚醸造の心の酢。
