和歌山県で南高梅の栽培から製造までを専門に行う梅干専門店から、数量限定で仕入れさせていただきました！
これぞ”本物の梅干し”と言わんばかりの一粒一粒が肉厚で、食感がしっかりしたすっぱい梅干し。

塩分濃度は17%で、サイズは１粒約20ｇ。

赤紫蘇の風味豊かな香りと梅干しの酸味がマッチした昔ながらの紫蘇梅干し。
無添加にて化学調味料を一切使用していない綺麗な赤色が特徴。
