This is a delicious and dish enhancing paste made with Japan produced Shiitake mushrooms and Kombu, and ginger and black garlic from Miyazaki Prefecture. It is additive-free and uncolored.

You can use it as a condiment for ginger pork and vegetables with its sweet taste enhanced by the flavor of ginger. Also great to put on our rice!

Please avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures and humidity. After opening, please store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
