A gentle, savoury miso with Japanese green onion and bonito.

Made with Shinshu miso, Japanese green onions and dried bonito flakes, this miso has a delicate dashi flavour and a pleasant texture from the chopped green onions.

Simply add hot water for an easy miso soup. It is also delicious with ochazuke, spread on grilled rice balls, or added to simmered dishes for extra depth.
